Community Vigil in Remembrance of 3/16
In the wake of yesterday’s violent assault against our communities, AAA, AAWA, HRCSA, and TAPAS invite you to a community vigil and reflection space in solidarity with and remembrance of those harmed by anti-Asian violence this year.
In a report released Tuesday, Stop AAPI Hate documented 3,795 anti-Asian hate crimes over the past year, with women 2.3 times more likely to report attacks than men. Tuesday’s massacre underscores the intersecting systems of white supremacist violence against Asian women, im/migrants, sex workers, and working-class Asians in our communities.
We will commune together at tiny.cc/TAPAS for a vigil to honor the six Asian women lost, share in our grief, and uplift mutual aid and community-based resources that re-imagine our collective visions of care, safety, and liberation.
Here is a list of resources of organizations to donate to, education resources, and mental health resources. tiny.cc/316resources. Stay well and take care.

By donating, you are also automatically entered into a raffle where you can win one of 3 hoodies and 2 tees by @bodhiparts!
